The entire cm&b family believes in giving back to the community- both on a local as well as a more global level. Many members of the cm&b team donate their time and effort to support the charities and organizations of their choice. From soccer coach to PTA president to walking in the Avon Breast Cancer 3 Day, our employees actively strive to do all they can for their communities. As a company, cm&b supports and applauds these individual efforts. In addition, cm&b appreciates the financial burdens facing so many worthy causes in our area and beyond. Student Internship Program
cm&b's participation in the Wentworth Institute of Technology Internship Program has been very successful for all parties involved. Each trimester, interns come to cm&b for hands on experience in the field and/or the office. In the field, the students work with one of our skilled Project Superintendents to gain exposure to a construction site and begin to understand and implement the systems used to manage a construction project. When in the office, interns work side by side with our Project Managers focusing on all aspects of construction management from preparing bids to preconstruction services, such as estimating and planning, to attending weekly project meetings.
