cm&b History

The original cm&b team was created in 1988 as a subsidiary of SAE Carlson, at the time one of the largest design/build firms in the country.  The group’s inaugural purpose was to concentrate on special projects for existing commercial, retail and industrial clients of SAE Carlson ensuring these clients the same technical experience and professional services offered by the parent company on larger projects.  Proving successful in this endeavor at SAE Carlson, each member of the cm&b management team was promoted to senior management positions.  While the cm&b group’s focus remained in the same markets, the scope, size and complexity of the unit’s projects increased significantly.  Incorporated in 1992, cm&b is a privately held company structured around the original  members, the original mission and, most importantly, a desire to offer the best service in the New England construction market. 

Today, the original team is still together and remains committed to the company’s guiding principle:  to ensure that all of cm&b’s current and future clients consistently receive the highest quality service and personal commitment from each member of the cm&b team for every assignment undertaken.  Simple words but proven with a foundation of experience and results.

Route 128 South to Route 95 South to Exit 43 (Walnut Street).  Turn left at bottom of ramp.  Turn right at first traffic light.  Turn left at brick Kimball Lane sign.  cm&b is located at 6 Kimball Lane, which is the first left.  Plenty of visitor parking in the front lot.  We are on the first floor, directly to the right.
 
From The South:
Route 128/95 North to Exit 42 (Salem Street/Wakefield).  Turn left at end of ramp.  Proceed one quarter of a mile and turn right onto Kimball Lane.  Kimball Lane is immediately after the Entering Lynnfield sign.  cm&b is located at 6 Kimball Lane, which is the first left.  Plenty of visitor parking in the front lot.  We are on the first floor, directly to the right.
