Alexis Silva has been a member of the cm&b team since August 2005.  As Manager of Administration, she is responsible for managing office personnel as well as reviewing and revising all office systems and procedures.  Alexis works closely with our business partners, including clients and architects, on a day-to-day basis.  She also supports field to office communications in addition to assisting Project Management and Operations.

Alexis holds a BA from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.  Her professional experience, knowledge and leadership allows our Administrative Team to maximize efficiency and productivity.  Alexis continues to research new ways to offer a higher level of service to our clients, architects, subcontractors and business partners.

A beach lover and warm weather aficionado, Alexis' favorite summertime getaway spot is Cape Cod.  When she's not basking in the sun, Alexis loves to play hostess and cook for her family and friends.  The only thing that could come between our very own Barefoot Contessa  and a day at the beach, would be an invitation to see her favorite Boys of Summer take to the field at Fenway Park. ..or maybe a little shopping!
