Dean Mello has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As Vice President, Dean's primary focus is on business and client development. In addition, Dean works to build and strengthen cmb's image and brand awareness in markets cm&b is actively pursuing. Dean also manages the marketing department.

A graduate of University of Maine-Orono, Dean holds a BS in Business Administration. His professional experience offers a broad background in commercial retail, shopping centers, malls, commercial office space, restaurants and early childhood education facilities. Dean is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Boston Society of Architects (BSA).

An outdoorsman who enjoys all seasons, Dean can be found on the snowmobile trails of Northern Maine when the days are short, and on the water fishing and boating when the warmer weather arrives. The summer months also bring out the landscaper in Dean who prides himself on creating curb appeal that would make "Desperate Landscapes" jealous. Nothing, however, is more precious to Dean than spending time with his wife and two young children.
