Jeremy Pollender has 15 years of experience in construction estimating and preconstruction services.  As Vice President, Jeremy manages the Estimating and Planning Departments and provides cohesive support to our Business Development effort, as well a to the Project Management group. 

Jeremy holds a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.    His professional experience is concentrated on providing preconstruction services to clients from conceptual budgeting to GMP/Contract Estimates in all market sectors.

Not even the hustle and bustle of his nearly 8 year stint in the Big Apple could keep Jeremy away from his native Massachusetts.  Having grown up in the western part of the state, he and his growing family now call the North Shore home.  Easy access to the ocean provides Jeremy with plenty of opportunity to feed two of his favorite passions- fishing and boating.  When not on the high seas, Jeremy enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and most of all, spending time with his family.
