- Multiple projects were performed in various bank locations. A sampling includes the demolition and removal of a branch location, the complete build out of new branch bank including teller lines and networking equipment, a branch bank remodel, construction of vice president office space and the installation of an ATM along with modification of the lobby.
Danton Drive- Methuen, MA
- Construction of an 80,000 SF office building housing three distinguished high tech tenants. Project required extensive development of the 17-acre site and considerable wetlands mitigation and replacement.
Turner’s Seafood Grill & Market-Melrose, MA
- Renovation of an historic main street building to an upscale restaurant, bar and fish market. Unique challenges include manually excavating the basement, underpinning the building foundation and substantially reinforcing the stone foundation walls prior to pouring a new slab basement.
- A subsequent expansion project required work to be phased to allow the restaurant to remain open during construction.
Hancock Survey Associates-Danvers, MA
- Construction of a 29,000 SF, 2-story office building. The project offered numerous challenges due to a small lot size, high water table, limited budget and strict time constraints. Building occurred through a record-breaking cold winter. Despite permitting and seasonal delays, the project was completed on schedule and below budget.
Veteran’s Administration Outpatient Clinic- Lowell, MA
- Construction of an outpatient clinic was performed through the winter months at an accelerated pace to accommodate an early occupancy requirement of the tenant.
Sirios Capital Management-Boston, MA
- Interior construction of high end office space in occupied Heritage on the Garden Building. Included trading room, conference room, computer room, kitchen and corporate offices.
Pizzeria Uno Restaurants
- Re-designed the roofing system which provided the client with a 75% savings in construction costs.
- Partial renovation of the existing Kenmore Square restaurant. Primarily involved renovation of restroom facilities in a historic 19th century Boston building to meet current ADA standards.
