• A design build assignment to add a 3,000 sf interior mezzanine in existing warehouse along with renovations to an additional 6,000 sf space to address their expanding  needs  for office space.

Pratt & Whitney – North Berwick, ME
Designed and constructed a 16,000 SF addition for new plating process at aircraft manufacturing facility in North Berwick plant.

International Multi-Foods Corp. – Andover, MA
At central warehouse for IFMF provided programming and construction services for 30,000 SF renovations for light production activities and new office space to address clients expansion requirements.

CR Bard- Billerica, MA
Design build renovations of existing facility and along with construction of a small addition to house new equipment used in the clients sterilization process and cardio surgery systems. 

Mitre Corp. – Bedford, MA
Multiple projects including major renovation and fit-up of 10,000 SF office/laboratory space within a high-level security area.  Scope of services included program management; full A/E design and construction management.

Reed Screen All- Middleborough, MA
Construction management services for a new warehouse, corporate offices and maintenance facility for manufacture of site development equipment.  Facility requirements included a cost effective building system for warehouse space while complimenting the desired image for their corporate offices.

Perkin-Elmer Corporation- Norwalk, CT
Extensive planning and programming required to rework the interior of existing operating facility to accommodate new material handling flow system.  Phasing insured that disruptions to ongoing operations were planned and managed to client expectations.

New construction of a 60,000 SF addition for gyroscope research & development division.  Project design and constructed to stringent sound vibration specifications for their isolated test rooms and executive suite. Phase two included a 10,000 SF addition to house new clean rooms.
