• Reconstruction of existing 2-story shopping center facade around ongoing business operations.

Execwest LLC Retail/Duksa Center-Southington, CT

• Development of 43 acres of a 90 acre former family farm.  In addition to site infrastructure, constructed certified building pads for 133,000 sf Target Department Store, 138,000 sf Lowes and development of several retail buildings totaling 61,900 sf.  Project also entailed road widening and the reconfiguration of four exit/entrance ramps coming from Interstate Route 84.

• Construction of new retail center including extensive sitework and demolition.

BJ's Wholesale Club

• Revere, MA-New construction of 126,000 sf BJ's Wholesale Club store including site construction and significant offsite reconstruction.
• Waterford, CT-Construction of new liquor store within an existing BJ's.  Minor renovation of store interior was completed to allow for this additional sales area.
• Quincy, MA-Demolition of a 42,000 sf building including removal of site concrete and crushing all concrete for reuse.  Construction of new 85,000 sf BJ's Wholesale Club including sitework on the 7.65 acre site.
• Waltham, MA-Construction of new 123,000 sf BJ's Wholesale Club.
• North Haven, CT-Interior renovation of the deli and prepared chicken departments.  Scope included repainting building exterior.
• Northborough, MA-Construction of a new 124,000 sf BJ's including liquor store and tire center.  Store is one of the main anchors for a new shopping center.

• Raynham, MA-Renovation of an existing 18,000 sf retail space to a new Aldi store.
• Cranston, RI-New ground up construction of 17,000 sf Aldi store and associated site improvements.
• Milford, MA-Construction of new 17,700 sf Aldi store on a pad-ready site.  Scope included parking lot rework and landscape improvements.
• Hadley, MA-Construction of 19,000 sf Aldi store in new retail center. First store for Aldi using Prototype III design. Significant site work and accelerated schedule. 
• Worcester, MA-Construction of a new 18,000 sf free standing Aldi.
• Medford, MA-Renovation of a former Toys-R-Us into a new 21,950 sf Aldi.

• Westport, CT-Construction of interiors of a new 23,000 sf Fresh Market on a pad ready site.
• The Launch at Hingham Shipyard, Hingham, MA-Construction of a new 23,000 sf interior fit out including prep and service areas, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems, and interior finishes.
• Latham, NY-Interior fit up of 23,000 sf Fresh Market including underground utilities, interior finishes, MEP systems and food preparation/service areas.
• Montvale, NJ-Interior fit up of new 19,000 sf Fresh Market.

• Gardner, MA-Occupied renovation of an existing 42,500 sf Hannaford supermarket including alterations of sales, food preparation and office areas, and the construction of an new exterior Bottle Return room.
• Saugus, MA-Reconstruction of an existing former Wild Oats Market to a new 33,000 sf Hannaford Supermarket in busy shopping center.
• Damariscotta, ME-Select demolition of existing structural steel.  Work included re-work of fixtures and cases, installation of new steel, roofing and utilities.
• Gilford, NH-Construction of a new 47,000 sf Hannaford Supermarket.

Price Chopper-Shrewsbury, MA

• Construction of new 64,000 sf Price Chopper store.

• Conversion of 6 existing Ukrops Markets to new Martin's Markets for Giant Foods.

Bed Bath & Beyond- Plaistow, NH

• Total interior demolition of a large "box" chain store including a 60' mezzanine. Complete tenant fit -up for Bed Bath & Beyond including new facade, interior finishes and all new MEPs.

• Saugus, MA-Construction of new 27,000 sf store complete with pet hotel, salon and play areas.
• Enfield, CT-Construction of new 17,250 sf store including renovation of existing 15,000 sf space and building addition of 2,800 sf.
• Chelmsford, MA-Renovation of a vacant Linens 'N Things store into a new 27,000 sf Petsmart store complete with pet hotel and pet hospital.
• Northborough, MA-Interior fit up of a new 19,000 sf Petsmart store including retail area, grooming area and pet hospital.

Nordstrom Rack

• Danvers, MA-Extensive renovation of former supermarket to a new Nordstrom Rack store at the Liberty Tree Mall.
• Framingham, MA-Construction of new 39,380 sf Nordstrom Rack store at a former Linens 'N Things at a busy shopping center.
• Burlington, MA-Conversion of a Linens 'N Things to a new 38,100 sf Nordstrom Rack store.

Mattatuck Plaza-Waterbury, CT

• Interior demolition and fit up of shell space.  Included MEP systems, structural dismantling and the creation of a drive through drop area with new sitework and canopy overhang.
  
  

Circuit City-Hyannis, MA

• Construction of new stand alone 22,800 sf Circuit City and associated site work that included utilities, grading/paving and landscaping of the 2.5 acre site.
  

Parkway Plaza- Hamden,CT

• Replaced existing nonperforming contractor on the renovation of multi tenant retail center owned by Centro Watt. Scope of work included subdividing all tenant spaces, installation of new primary electrical services and the removal of an existing 15 foot high retaining wall and installation of new “Stone Strong” retaining wall system, all within close proximity to back of center.

La-Z-Boy-Saugus, MA

• Construction and tenant fit up of 18,000 sf store with four sales galleries.

Cape Ann Marketplace-Gloucester, MA

• Phase 1 and Phase 2 : Total facade renovation including new storefront, framing, siding and masonry.  Work took place around ongoing multiple store operations. Scope also included complete replacement of all site paving and curbing to allow for new parking lay out.  New lighting and sidewalks as well. 
  

Bob’s Stores

• Performed 20 occupied renovation projects including interior expansion while stores remained in operation.
• Complete buildout of new prototype store including implementation and value engineering of extensive store millwork package. Worked closely with store planning to insure that all changes would meet both merchandising and store set up requirements.

Star Market/Wild Harvest

• Saugus, MA – Complete renovation of former supermarket space to new prototype format. Design/build services provided for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Fast track schedule required multiple shifts from start through final completion.
• Andover, MA - Renovation and 10,000 foot addition to existing two story former industrial building to new prototype store format. Included coordination of on site and off site improvements. Work completed on a fast track schedule in cooperation with design team efforts.

A&P Supermarket

Several projects performed at various locations. Project highlights include:

• Construction performed in two phases consisting of an expansion project as well as a complete renovation of the original store.
• Design build/fast track project for a retail center with the A&P supermarket as the anchor tenant. Due to its location in Nantucket, Massachusetts, special requirements necessitated strict coordination with the local Historic Commission and in-house A&P Construction Department.

Sam’s Club/Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Multiple construction projects with key aspects including:

• Construction of 135,000 sf Wholesale Club. Project brought in at projected budget using a negotiated contract approach.
• Construction of 135,000 sf prototype Wholesale Club; extensive site work required to bring land to a suitable grade level.

Renovation of existing retail store to the first Wal-Mart store in New England.

Toys-R-Us

• 50,000 sf occupied renovation of existing retail store which was in full operation during the entire length of the project.
• Performed an owner occupied renovation of existing 25,000 sf retail space. Advanced construction schedule by approximately 30 days.

Watertower Plaza-Leominster, MA

• A 248,600 sf shopping mall with a Shaw’s Supermarket, T.J. Maxx and 17 strip stores. Project included new construction and renovation of an existing warehouse building with parking for 750 cars.

Granite State Market Place- Hooksett, NH

• A 252,841 sf shopping center with a Shaw’s and OSCO Drug Store and 20 additional retail stores in a one story complex with parking for 500 cars.

Buckland Square Mall- Manchester, CT

• Construction of new Pace Warehouse and Builders Square.
• Project included extensive site development and infrastructure for the 32 acre site.

Durgin Square- Portsmouth, NH

• Construction of 200,000 sf shopping center with Shaw’s Supermarket as the anchor tenant. Scope of work included complete site development including new off site road work and signalization.
