• Mansfield, MA-Interior fit up of the first Friendly's Express restaurant.  Scope included concrete slab, interior finishes and MEPs.
• Brookline, MA-Interior demolition of an existing restaurant, and the install of new partitions, finishes and MEPs to construct the second Friendly's Express Restaurant for Friendly's Ice Cream Corp.
• Concord, NH-Demolition of existing structure, slab and foundation damaged by fire.  Form and place new footings and foundation.  Ground up construction of a new, free standing 3,500 SF Friendly's Restaurant including structural wall panels and roof trusses, interior and exterior finishes, masonry, concrete floors, doors, windows and MEPs.
• Methuen, MA-Interior build out of new Friendly's Express restaurant located in existing shopping center.  Scope included concrete cutting and in fill, UG trenching, miscellaneous structural reinforcing, finish carpentry, door, frames and hardware, storefront vestibule, interior partitions, finishes, cooler/freezer boxes, complete commercial kitchen line installation, new MEPs and new refrigeration.
• Wareham, MA-Interior build out of a new Friendly's Express located in a new lifestyle center. 

Herb Chambers Infiniti-Westborough, MA

• Demolition of existing building and construction of new 34,000 SF Infiniti dealership including site improvements of the 2.5 acre site.

Herb Chambers Hyundai-Westborough, MA

• Demolition of an existing building and construction of a new 22,000 sf Hyundai dealership.

Herb Chamber Mercedes Benz- Natick, MA

• Renovation and complete facade remodel of an existing 46,000 sf Mercedes Benz dealership.

• 27,000 SF addition to existing Toyota dealership

• Interior and exterior renovations of 5,000 sf automobile dealership

Bernardi Honda/Bernardi Hyundai-Brockton, MA

• Construction of two new auto dealerships on 20 acre site.  Scope included demolition of existing 200,000 sf warehouse and complete site development along with construction of new 40,240 sf Honda dealership and 21,000 sf Hyundai dealership.
  

Clearwire

• Wethersfield, CT-Interior fit up of a regional sales office for Clearwire.  Scope included new partitions, finishes and MEPs.
• Waltham, MA-Interior tenant improvement consisting of the build-out of an existing leased space on the first floor of a three story building.  Scope included non-structural partitions, ceilings and finishes.

Medford Cooperative Bank

• Multiple projects were performed in various bank locations. A sampling includes the demolition and removal of a branch location, the complete build out of new branch bank including teller lines and networking equipment, a branch bank remodel, construction of vice president office space and the installation of an ATM along with modification of the lobby.

Danton Drive- Methuen, MA

• Construction of an 80,000 SF office building housing three distinguished high tech tenants. Project required extensive development of the 17-acre site and considerable wetlands mitigation and replacement.

Turner’s Seafood Grill & Market-Melrose, MA

• Renovation of an historic main street building to an upscale restaurant, bar and fish market. Unique challenges include manually excavating the basement, underpinning the building foundation and substantially reinforcing the stone foundation walls prior to pouring a new slab basement.
• A subsequent expansion project required work to be phased to allow the restaurant to remain open during construction.

Hancock Survey Associates-Danvers, MA

• Construction of a 29,000 SF, 2-story office building. The project offered numerous challenges due to a small lot size, high water table, limited budget and strict time constraints. Building occurred through a record-breaking cold winter. Despite permitting and seasonal delays, the project was completed on schedule and below budget.

Veteran’s Administration Outpatient Clinic- Lowell, MA

• Construction of an outpatient clinic was performed through the winter months at an accelerated pace to accommodate an early occupancy requirement of the tenant.

Sirios Capital Management-Boston, MA

• Interior construction of high end office space in occupied Heritage on the Garden Building. Included trading room, conference room, computer room, kitchen and corporate offices.

Pizzeria Uno Restaurants

• Re-designed the roofing system which provided the client with a 75% savings in construction costs.
• Partial renovation of the existing Kenmore Square restaurant. Primarily involved renovation of restroom facilities in a historic 19th century Boston building to meet current ADA standards.

• Tenant remodel including all MEPs and new walls and ceilings
