K Capital Partners
Since the company’s inception, K Capital Partners has looked to cm&b for all of their building needs ranging form tenant fit-ups to major renovations. Project highlights include:
- Construction of high-end office space including extensive millwork, wood floor finishes and a trading desk
- Complete construction of new first classoffice space including a state of the art trading area, conference center and support space consisting of a serving kitchen, staff living room and shower room. With exceptional materials and workmanship throughout, the project won the AWI Award for its millwork.
