• Major development and construction project of an existing retail center owned by Big Y World Class Market. Scope of services include tenant relocations, tenant fit-ups, storefront upgrades, extensive signalization and offsite work, demolition of existing supermarket and construction of 65,000 sf Big Y World Class Market. Extensive planning and phasing of on site activities to allow for store closing and opening within a 10-11 month period.
