Toyota of Watertown
Once home to two dealerships, cm&b converted the now Toyota of Watertown to a single dealership while implementing the Toyota Image USA II NOW Program. Project highlights include:
- Complete occupied renovation of a 57,355 SF dealership. Strategically phased construction schedule to maintain normal operations for the dealership while construction work proceeded.
- The scope of work also included drainage, paving, curbing and site lighting upgrades along with a complete renovation of the building exterior with EIFS and ACM panel system.
