Concord Commons Condominiums

cm&b partnered with Tambone Investment Group, Boynton Companies and Signature Architects to construct the Concord Commons Condominiums located in exclusive Concord, Massachusetts.  Project highlights include:

  • 58 high end condominium units ranging in size from 900 to 2,200 SF each with an exterior deck measuring from 40 to 800 SF
  • Complex is divided into two buildings, separated at the second floor by a landscaped terrace; five fire separation areas.
  • Originally to be built on spec, the competitive real estate market required a change to customizing each unit during construction
  • Five phase vertical zone schedule resulted in turn over of completed units for earlier sale
  • 94 space parking garage constructed of concrete and steel located below building
  • Site challenges included: unsuitable soils required a modified foundation system be implemented; expeditious delivery of off site storage necessitated by restrictions caused by limited on site storage space
