cm&b has completed three new banking offices for Boston Private Bank & Trust Company and looks forward to working with them on all their future construction requirements.

• The Hingham, Massachusetts office required a complete gutting of an existing 2 story, 100 year old wood frame building. The 6,000 SF project required extensive structural work and included interior build out and exterior frame renovation as well as utility upgrades. 
• Construction of the 3,800 SF Lexington, Massachusetts banking office was performed in an existing two story building. Complete construction included a customer service area and financial services area. Project was completed in an aggressive eight week schedule
• Complete construction of 8,700 square foot, two story banking office located in Beverly, Massachusetts. The structure’s atrium has as its focal point a two story suspended curved staircase consisting of Travertine marble steps and risers and a custom rolled solid brass handrail.
