cm&b performed the complete construction of 6 Kimball Lane for Atlantic Tambone Real Estate Developers. Project highlights include:

• Project required extensive site work prior to construction.
• Construction of a $10 million 105,000 SF, 4-story, brick office building with many impressive details including a four story atrium, cherry wood finishes, curtain wall, skylights and Italian marble floors throughout the common areas.
• Corporate office fit-ups, contracted directly with the individual building tenants, were completed for the following:  Atlantic Tambone, Tambone Investment Group, Bowstreet, Web CT, and Bay State Financial.
• Work was carefully coordinated and scheduled to maintain the continuity of the main building construction and still meet each tenant’s specific occupancy requirements.
