Honda Dealerships

cm&b has completed several projects for area Honda dealers, including repeat clients The Kelly Auto Group and Cambridge Motor Car Company.

• Kelly Honda - Construction of new 32,000 sf Honda dealership conforming to the Honda Image Program including showroom, service center with 16 service bays, drive through car wash, drive through service reception, parts department, customer service and waiting areas and office areas. The dealership was constructed on a three acre site that had an existing structure which was partially demolished with the balance being retained as the service department. Required site redevelopment included replacement of drainage systems, pavement, landscaping, irrigation, signage, etc. The soils conditions required both geotechnical and environmental engineering. The geotechnical condition required that the new structure be supported by a Geopier System, a modified foundation system. The environmental soils condition required remediation by off site soils disposal.
• Bernardi Honda - 3.5 million dollar phased renovation project with extremely complex coordination demands and numerous scheduled relocations, to achieve minimum disruption to the dealership’s operations. The project included the construction of new Honda and Volkswagen showrooms, all new office facilities, customer service area and lounge, conference room and new sales offices. Complete site renovation as well including drainage, paving, site lighting and landscaping
• Honda Village - Interior and exterior renovation of 20,000 SF car dealership including new showrooms, customer lounge, conference rooms and administrative offices. Finishes included renovations to conform to Honda Image Program
• Cambridge Honda - Complex, multi-phased renovation project included complete upgrade and renovation of existing Honda dealership. Performed all construction, including extensive structural improvements, while the dealership was in full operation.
