Lexus of Watertown chose cm&b to develop and construct its state of the art dealership that serves as an industry benchmark providing customers with a sophisticated automotive experience. Project highlights include:

• Complete site development and construction of a new, 132,000 SF dealership including a 5,600 SF showroom with a domed ceiling and high end finishes, and a service department with 38 lift positions.
• Project included construction of a 71,000 square foot, bi-level parking garage.
• Site development required management of the demolition and environmental abatement of 5 existing structures on site.
• Construction was completed within twelve months through a record-breaking cold winter and an extraordinarily wet fall and spring. Other complexities include a restricted site and a prescriptive program to construct without disturbing the abutting residential neighborhood.
