McKinsey & Company
cm&b has completed 12 projects, totaling $5.2 million, involving pre-construction and construction management services for McKinsey & Company. Project highlights include:
- Contracted to partner with the Boston office on its construction program as planning managers to asses the company’s needs and incorporate future growth into building plans
- Expansion and renovation of 15,000 SF high-end office space located at Heritage on the Green, Boston. Renovations were performed in three phases with construction work strategically planned to avoid any disruption to daily operations and adhere to building noise restriction.
