• Complete renovation of existing 7,000 SF home and an addition inclusive of 5,000 SF of added living space including an indoor lap pool, sauna and lounge with a garage built above.  Project also included six acre redevelopment of site with extensive landscape and hardscape work.

• A 14 room, $1.3 million executive, luxury style home.  House was designed by award winning architect and is located in one of the more desirable neighborhoods in the area.

• Construction of a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.

Kimball Farms at Lenox – Lenox, MA

• New construction of elderly congregate housing facility with one wing dedicated as a full service 41 bed nursing care facility.

Sutton Hill Nursing Home - N. Andover, MA

• Complete site development and construction of a 200 plus bed nursing care facility.  The project also included renovations of an existing historic home to administrative office space.
