Essentially Smith & Wollensky has always had their locations located in major cities but recognized that their patrons wanted the ability to have a location in their own backyard. The Wellesley Smith & Wollensky will be the first suburban location for the company.
Village Automotive Group – Boston Volvo – Boston, MA
This project can be summed by three words; history, people and building. There is the vast history of the building itself that will now be Village Automotive Group’s new headquarters. There are the people of Village Automotive Group that cm&b has built a relationship and history with.
Boston Freightliner
CM&B is proud to announce the opening of the new Boston Freightliner facility in Everett, MA. As part of the Encore Boston Harbor project, the facility was relocated from Bow Street to Air Force Road. The project included constructing a 28,800SF, two-story building with a parking lot for 10 semi-trucks and 40 vehicles.
