Student Internship Program
CM&B is committed to developing future construction professionals in the same way we encourage and mentor our current team members. Our Student Internship Program supports students in pursuing their interests and exploring potential careers in our industry. We offer hands-on experience in the office, where students are given the opportunity to work alongside our talented project managers or estimators, or in the field, where students can work with one of our skilled project superintendents. It’s not uncommon for students who have participated in CM&B’s Student Internship Program to join our team on a permanent basis following their graduation.
