CM&B is a privately held, family-owned construction management firm headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, with an office in Manhattan, New York. Founded in 1992, CM&B has been providing pre-construction and construction services throughout New England as well as the Tri-State and Mid-Atlantic regions to our growing and diversified client base that includes partners from the Academic, Automotive, Grocery, Hospitality, Industrial, Science & Technology, Office and Retail market sectors.

Student Internship Program
CM&B is committed to developing future construction professionals in the same way we encourage and mentor our current team members. Our Student Internship Program supports students in pursuing their interests and exploring potential careers in our industry. We offer hands-on experience in the office, where students are given the opportunity to work alongside our talented project managers and estimators, or in the field, where students can work with one of our skilled Project Superintendents. It’s not uncommon for students who have participated in CM&B’s Student Internship Program to join our team permanently following their graduation. That’s People.Building in the most genuine sense.
