Fathers & Sons Audi/VW
West Springfield, MA
CM&B partnered with Fathers & Sons on the construction of their new, ground-up 52,000-SF dual-branded Audi and Volkswagen Dealership. The project started with the demolition of five existing buildings on the property to make way for the dealership to be built to the latest manufacturer’s brand standards for both Audi and Volkswagen. Each dealership brand has its own sales and services areas with some shared mezzanine and storage spaces. This was CM&B’s 4th time building the new Audi Terminal Branded Facility and our 2nd time building the new Volkswagen brand.
