New Bedford, MA
CM&B partnered with Plumbers’ Supply on the ground-up construction of their new 192,000-SF Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center in New Bedford, MA. This traditional steel building features an insulated metal panel exterior skin with room to house 16,000+ SKU’s and keeps 210 product lines in stock. Additional features include a facility generator, backup systems and radiant heating systems with 18 loading dock positions. Facility amenities include a live fire training center and employee fitness center.
